The Asheboro/Randolph MLS for the month of June had 682 active listings. That’s up slightly from 644 in May. The average list price was $162,206, down slightly from last month’s average of $165,393.
There were 43 homes sold in June, up 2 sales from May, but down quite a bit from the 54 in April. The average sales price was $122,042, down slightly from May’s average sales price of $127,053, but up from the average sales price in April of $112,387.
The price range where most of the properties were sold were between $100,000 -$179,900.
