Homes for Sale in Randolph County NC | Market Report for August 2013
The good news is that the sales prices have started to level out, even creep up a bit. Inventory is down, so I expect to see homes selling just a little quicker. The average time for a home to be on the market for Randolph County in 2008 was 60-90 days. Now, the average is about 110 days for all price ranges. If a property is overpriced, or if it is a unique property, it might be on the market closer to a year.
